Run your org on numbers, not gut feeling.

Leading a 200-member org without data is flying blind. Who's really holding the place together? Who's quietly drifting away before announcing they're leaving? Are your training sessions actually paying off, and who's really playing with whom? Insights answers — not from your memory, but with an engagement score computed continuously and six analysis views that build on one another. Whether you run a World of Warcraft guild, an EVE Online logistics corporation, a GTA RP faction or a Star Citizen company, the question stays the same: what are you basing your decisions on?

One cockpit, six angles. Not just a presence counter.

Insights isn't yet another chart slapped onto your Discord. It's six views, each answering a leader's question and each feeding into the others. You move from a bird's-eye read of the organization down to a single member without ever opening a spreadsheet or cross-checking three bots.

  • Organization — overall health: headcount, growth, retention, skills capital
  • Members — who's rising, who's drifting, who's ready for the next rank
  • Operations — who operates with whom, who takes command
  • Sections — the comparative performance of your divisions
  • Decisions — your HR calls, already pre-chewed
  • Events — what really works in your schedule
Overview of the Insights cockpit: a bar of six tabs at the top (Organization, Members, Operations, Sections, Decisions, Events), a period selector on the right, and a grid of colored KPI cards below.
Six angles, one single source of truth. From the org's health down to the member who's drifting, without switching tools.

An engagement score you don't maintain by hand.

Every member carries a score computed continuously server-side, across three axes: presence (do they show up?), reliability (do they honor their sign-ups?) and consistency (steady, or all over the place?). Color-coded by tier, comparable from one member to the next, never frozen in a "season 3" tab nobody dares touch anymore. You maintain no formula: you just read.

  • Three axes — presence, reliability, consistency, recomputed continuously
  • Color-coded by mastery tier, readable at a glance
  • Signed trends — who's rising, who's slipping, in points
  • Zero manual entry — no spreadsheet formula to maintain
A member's card: large central color-coded score, three gauges (presence, reliability, consistency), a signed trend arrow, and an evolution curve at the bottom.
The same score for everyone, computed the same way for everyone. No more "I think he's pretty regular".

Your members sort themselves out — and you spot who's drifting before they leave.

A member never leaves overnight: they log in less, miss two events, go quiet. Insights segments them automatically and surfaces the drift while it's still reversible — a message, a responsibility, an invite to tonight's operation. Not an autopsy a month too late.

  • Six segments in one click — At risk, Rising, Ready to promote, Recruits, Ghost, All
  • Sortable table — score, presence, reliability, trend, inactivity
  • Member panel — their event history, their evolution, their absences
  • Departures spotted weeks ahead, not noticed after the fact
Members tab: segment chips with counters at the top (At risk, Rising, Ready to promote…), a sortable member table with score and trend columns, a side panel open on a member.
The org segments itself without you. You watch the "At risk" column before it empties on its own.

The cohesion of your operations, in a single graph.

Who operates with whom? Who takes command? What is each member's real specialty? The Operations tab draws a cohesion graph of your teams and quantifies what your outings reveal — an angle no Discord bot will ever give you. Whether your operations are a raid, a logistics convoy, an RP session or a production chain, the read is the same.

  • Cohesion graph — the links between members, weighted by shared operations
  • Per member — number of operations, commands taken, average team size
  • Primary specialization detected (the role held most often)
  • Every style — WoW raid, EVE logistics fleet, GTA RP heist, Star Citizen operation
Operations tab: a graph of connected nodes (members and their teammate links, edge thickness proportional to shared operations), a member table with commands and specialization columns on the right.
You finally see your org in action: the tight cores, the free electrons, the ones who lead.

Your events, dissected from ten angles.

Do your training sessions fill up? Which day pulls the biggest crowd? Are your last-minute announcements costing you attendance? The Events tab answers, type by type, so your schedule stops being a hunch.

  • Effectiveness by type of event and attendance by day of the week
  • Notice given on cancellations, conversion of "maybes" into "yeses"
  • Announcement-to-attendance lead time, top event creators
  • Targeted vs broadcast — what really fills your operations
Events tab: several stacked analytics panels — an effectiveness-by-type table, attendance bars by day of the week, a targeted-versus-broadcast comparison.
Ten angles to turn your schedule from instinct into method. You know what fills up, and what rings hollow.

Your org's health over time.

Beyond the moment, Insights tracks your growth (recruits, departures, net headcount, average member lifespan), your onboarding funnel (at which stage your recruits drop off, and how long it takes), your capital (training and certifications accumulated) and a benchmark of your sections. The curve draws itself day after day — your org becomes a trajectory, not a snapshot.

  • Growth & retention — recruits, departures, net headcount, average lifespan
  • Recruit funnel — where they drop off, median onboarding times
  • Capital — training and certifications accumulated by the org
  • Mini-benchmark — your sections compared, score and distribution
Organization tab: a headcount growth curve over several months, retention KPIs, a recruit onboarding funnel by stage, benchmark cards per section.
Your org is no longer a blurry snapshot, it's a trajectory. You see where you're headed before you get there.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is the engagement score calculated?

On real participation in events — presence (showing up), reliability (honoring your sign-ups) and consistency (regularity over time). The calculation is done 100% server-side, from your data, with no manual entry whatsoever. It's a transparent calculation, not a black box or an AI taking guesses: three axes, thresholds, a score.

Can other orgs see my data?

No. Each org has its own sealed space, its own numbers, its own members. Nothing crosses the boundaries from one org to another — Insights reads your data, and only yours.

Does Insights work for my game?

Yes. The core — engagement, members, sections, events, growth — is game-agnostic: it measures the life of an org, not a specific gameplay. An EVE Online logistics corporation, a GTA RP faction or a World of Warcraft guild all read the same way. The Operations tab then gets richer with your game (roles, ships, gear) once the matching extension is active.

Is Insights free?

Insights is available for free in a lighter version. Its full analysis is part of Premium. What's included in each plan is detailed on the pricing page.
