2 years in production with real orgs

Run your gaming guild like real infrastructure.

Your org runs on a spreadsheet and three bots. Right up until the day it doesn't.

From 20 to 10,000 members, on every gaming platform. Whether you run a WoW guild, a Star Citizen corporation, a pirate fleet on New World, a cartel on Los Santos or an EVE Online corp — Game Org speaks your language and knows your structure.

  • Free, no time limit
  • No credit card
  • No sales call

Discord synced, without a single manual step

Promote a member on Game Org and their rank, Discord role, nickname and channel access propagate on the spot. No slash command to type. No bot to reload.

Five tools replaced by one

Roster spreadsheet, role bot, events bot, training wiki, Google form for applications — one interface replaces them all. One source of truth, one navigation, unified logging.

Zero accounts for your members to create

Your members sign in with Discord. One click, no form, no password to remember. Onboarding goes from "fill out a sheet" to "click a button".

The command post: your members and your sections, run from a single screen.

Universal Infrastructure

The technology backbone for any organization, regardless of the game.

The two-way bridge

Your Discord and Game Org stay in sync continuously, in both directions: what you do here shows up there, and what moves in Discord comes back here. One source of truth, never out of step.

  • Game Org → Discord: ranks, roles and channel access propagated automatically (in real time with Premium)
  • Discord → Game Org: no-account login, arrivals detected and handled from their first message
One core, every game

Every module is built to speak to the full gaming spectrum — fantasy MMOs, survival, tactical, pirates, space sandbox. Vocabulary, ranks, units, event types: 100% configurable per org.

  • Vocabulary customizable per org
  • Ranks and units configurable with no cap
Your data doesn't leak

Strict technical isolation between orgs: no data crosses borders. Inside, granular permissions per role, per division, per module. Your treasurer sees the treasury. Your recruitment officer sees applications. Not the other way around.

  • Strict inter-org isolation, no public showcase
  • Granular permissions by rank, division, module
No borders

Interface available in French, English, German, Korean, Russian, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. A Korean org runs its ops in Korean, a German org in German, a French org in French — each in its own language, none dependent on a rough translation.

  • 7 native languages shipped by default
  • Your terminology entered in your org's language

A system. Not a catalog.

Follow one member, from a stranger on Discord to an operational pillar. Each step, a module. No gap in the chain.

Everything a gaming org needs to hold together.

Around thirty modules built around the key moments of an org's life: recruitment, structure, operations, training, community. Here are seven that will probably make the difference for you.

Recruitment

No candidate gets lost in the fog.

Candidate pipeline straight from Discord, returner detection by Discord ID, configurable onboarding journey.

Learn more

Human resources

Your ranks, traceable and readable by everyone.

Promote, validate, decorate, place on reserve — from a single tooled console. Live promotion ceremony on Discord with Premium.

Learn more

Absences

Giving notice should never cost you points.

The member declares their unavailability, leadership sees availability by group — and a covered absence stops hurting engagement.

Learn more

Events & calendar

From the weekly raid to the officers' meeting, one engine.

Schedule, publish on Discord, run the roll-call — in a single tool. Two-way site ↔ Discord sign-ups.

Learn more

Mission Control

Coordinate the op, not just the date.

From the general order to each player's personal sheet. The operation is built once, in SMEAC format.

Learn more

Raid planner

Prepare the raid before the raid.

Declared characters, rosters by group, sign-up validation, then a tactical map the whole org watches move live.

Learn more

Training

A real catalog, not a shared spreadsheet.

Chained curricula, built-in pedagogical content, validation or numerical grading. Your org's knowledge no longer rides on one officer's memory.

Learn more

Skills

Know who can do what.

Members × skills matrix, custom hierarchy, automatic promotion on three transparent criteria. Individual radar chart.

Learn more

Insights

Run your org on numbers, not gut feeling.

Activity, retention, contributions, finances — clear dashboards to decide without opening a spreadsheet.

Learn more

Combat arena

The internal tournament runs inside the tool.

1v1 duels refereed live, pairing that adapts to skill each round, cumulative leaderboard.

STAR CITIZEN ADD-ON

Star Citizen Extension

The dedicated 'verse add-on, activated automatically as soon as your org plays Star Citizen.

Adds the dedicated 'verse layer: extended Mission Control (ship and crew assignments, cargo bay management), Star Citizen ship catalog, SC fleet (Fleetyards import, loaner management, your members' hangars), RSI verification in two clicks. Included free as soon as your org plays Star Citizen.

Mira — your AI copilot

An AI that knows your org

Inside the app, Mira sees the page you're on and understands your org's context — headcount, command, sections, training. You talk to her in natural language, she answers with your data, while strictly respecting its isolation.

Mira
MiraOnline · answers with your org's context
How many of us are online right now, and who leads the Ops section?
You're 142. The Ops section is led by Kael, backed by Vex — 18 members.

And with Premium, she's no longer stuck inside the app: mention her in a Discord channel and she'll answer right where your community already lives.

  • Contextual — based on the page you're viewing
  • In the app (free) and in Discord by mention (Premium)
  • 7 languages · your data stays isolated

For free, Mira guides you through the product. The Mira that knows your whole org — analytics, briefings, data — is part of Premium.

Three things nobody else does.

Not yet another platform. Three breaks in the way an org actually runs.

01

Operational coordination

You stop organising in a Discord that's all over the place. A 50-player operation isn't planned by typing random messages into a channel that keeps scrolling. Game Org structures the briefing, assigns roles to each member, configures the voice channels automatically, and checks in five seconds who's connected at launch. Your team knows exactly what to do before things kick off.

02

Data-driven leadership

You stop promoting on gut feeling. Who's really holding your org together? Who's quietly checking out before announcing they're leaving? Game Org calculates an engagement score per member, spots drops in attendance, and shows you the trends before it's too late. Your promotion or reserve decisions rest on numbers, not on your memory.

03

Community funding

Game Org is free for your whole org. And when you want more — the Premium features — you unlock them together: your members back their community with Ox, the platform's currency. Everyone earns their own perks, the cost dilutes across the collective, never on a single decision-maker pulling out their credit card. An org that moves forward together is an org that invests together.

Orgs that last no longer rely on a single person.

Game Org carries the load for you.

Whether you're running a WoW guild, a Star Citizen corporation, a Los Santos cartel or an EVE corp, the underlying work is the same: tracking ranks, the roster, Discord, training, logistics, permissions. Game Org holds all of it while you play, instead of turning your org into a second job for you or your officers.

No time limit. No size cap.
Game Org is 100% free.

Free. Genuinely free.

Not a trial, not a stripped-down version. The whole platform, for your entire org, with no time limit and no size cap.

How we keep the lights on

We fund ourselves on two things: players who buy cosmetics to support their org, and orgs that unlock Premium for the features that carry real infrastructure costs.

No ads. No selling your data. No sales calls.

Want to go further?

One-click voice calls, instant Discord sync, an AI that knows your org, full Insights. Premium unlocks together, when you're ready — or in one click if you'd rather.

And built to last

Our prices can only go down, never up. Your data belongs to you: isolated per org and exportable at any time.

Founders program — we build what comes next with a few orgs.

Founder is not a faster install: it is a partnership. Twelve months of Premium and a direct line to the roadmap, in exchange for your feedback and your visibility.

  • 12 months of Premium free — without mobilizing your community
  • Permanent "Founder" badge — visible on your org page
  • Early access to every new feature

Questions we're asked before they sign

If it's free, where's the catch?
There isn't one. The whole platform is free for your org, with no time limit and no size cap, no credit card. We fund ourselves on two things: Ox packs — cosmetics members buy to support their org — and Premium subscriptions from orgs that want the advanced real-time features. No ads, no selling of data.
Is this going to last?
Game Org SAS is a company with a healthy business model — recurring revenue, controlled costs. Our prices can only go down, never up.
How do I run a gaming guild with Game Org?
Game Org centralises the five layers that hold an org together: recruitment, HR, organisation chart, events, ops coordination. Your ranks propagate to Discord automatically, candidates are centralised, training is catalogued, ops are briefed and tracked. One tool replaces the spreadsheet, the role and event Discord bots, the team wiki and the Google candidate form.
How does Game Org handle existing Discord roles?
Auto-import on deploy: your current Discord roles are mapped to your Game Org ranks, no change applied without your approval. Existing roles are preserved, new ones are created on demand.
How long does a complete setup take?
Average rollout: 15 minutes for a small to medium org (under 200 members), an afternoon for a more structured org (custom poles, configured events, several training tracks). The recruitment funnel is up and running on day one. The full lifecycle (recruit → train → assess → promote) reaches steady state within a week of use.
Can I use Game Org alongside another Discord bot?
Yes, as long as it's not in charge of roles. Game Org is the source of truth for roles and channel access: any change made by a competing role bot will be overwritten automatically. A bot specialised in moderation, games, music or stats lives alongside Game Org without issue. Event, training and rank-management bots simply become unnecessary — Game Org replaces them by design.
How much does Game Org cost my org?
Nothing. Your members only pay if they want to, through Ox packs — a personal treat that feeds the shared treasury. When that treasury reaches its threshold, the org goes Premium (advanced real-time features); the threshold depends on your size and is shown in your admin space. The org leader pays nothing personally — or can unlock Premium directly if they prefer. No hidden price.
Will my members have to create a Game Org account?
No. Your members log in with one Discord click. No new account, no password to remember, no email to enter. The Discord bot verifies they are members of your server, and that's it. Onboarding goes from "fill a form" to "click a button".
What happens when a member leaves my Discord server?
Their Game Org access is automatically revoked the moment they lose the required Discord role. No risk of a former member retaining access to operational data, no manual cleanup for the chief. Access management is strictly tied to your Discord.
Who exactly is Mira?
Two things share the same name, and that's on purpose. The person you see and hear in our videos is a real person, actually filmed — not a synthetic image, not a generated voice. Mira in the app is her extension: an AI assistant that carries her name and her face. Depending on the page you're on, she understands your org's context and answers your questions, with strict respect for the isolation of your data. She isn't inside your org: she's on our side, and her job is to help you run yours.
What happens if my org doesn't use Game Org for a while?
Game Org is free, but we preserve our resources for active orgs. If your org goes unused for 3 consecutive months, it goes dormant — access is suspended but your data is kept intact for 12 months. You reactivate in one click any time within that window. Beyond 12 months without reactivation, definitive deletion (GDPR).
Are my data visible to other orgs?
No. Each org has its own database, its own permissions, its own space. No public showcase, no cross-org leak possible. Your roster, your candidates, your trainings, your operations: only members of your org see them, with the role-based granularity you've configured. HR actions (promotions, moves to the reserve, resignations, reinstatements) are logged automatically from the free plan onwards. Your data belongs to you and stays exportable at any time.
Can Game Org replace our current stack progressively?
Yes. You can deploy Game Org without removing your existing tools. Many orgs start with recruitment + HR (the highest-friction layer), then add events, then training. Existing tools become naturally redundant and you remove them when ready.
What if my organisation wants its own server?
That's Enterprise, by quote: dedicated server, white label, custom domain name, SLA, and custom development on a few modules. It isn't unlocked from the app — the scope is defined with us.
