Here is how it works: you run the install yourself, at your own pace, on your own Discord. We are on a screen share alongside you, we touch nothing, and we step in only if something gets stuck.

• You stay in control.It is your server, your roles, your years of habits. Nobody configures your organization for you.
• You do not get stuck.Mapping an existing Discord is the step that decides whether the tool fits your organization or fights it. If something snags, it gets sorted live — not by giving up at midnight.
• You start with your roster in place.Ranks, sections, permissions, nickname format, announcement channels: operational by the end of the session, not after three evenings of trial and error.
• You get the people who built it.That is possible because there are still few of us. Later it will be a help center and a form.
