About

We're building the infrastructure we wish we'd had

Game Org was born from a very simple observation: when you run a serious gaming org, you end up spending more time in spreadsheets and Discord bots than in the game itself. So we decided to build the tool that was missing — real infrastructure, not yet another bot.

Where Game Org comes from

Every gaming org that grows hits the same wall: a spreadsheet for the roster, two or three bots for roles, a Discord channel for training, a Google Form for recruitment. Each tool works on its own; bolted together, they leak everywhere.

We lived through that patchwork. And we figured an organization of several hundred players deserved better than a stack that breaks the moment one Discord server goes down.

What we believe

A gaming org isn't a hobby left in a mess: it's a real organization. It has a hierarchy, recruitment, operations, a memory. It deserves the same tools as a company — built for the game, not repurposed from somewhere else.

We build Game Org game-agnostic: how you run an org doesn't depend on the game. Star Citizen, an MMO, a milsim unit, a GTA RP faction — the structure is the same, and so is the tool.

What we're building

A single infrastructure that replaces the patchwork, natively wired into Discord, from recruitment to fleet through ranks, events and training. With Mira, an AI copilot that knows your org, and an interface available in 7 languages.

  • Game-agnostic — your structure, your game
  • Natively wired into Discord, both ways
  • Your data belongs to you
  • Available in 7 languages
  • Mira, your org's AI copilot

Who it's for

From a 20-player clan to a 10,000-member organization, across every gaming platform. If you run an org and you're tired of holding it together by hand, Game Org is for you.
