You design your welcome flows.

A welcome isn't a single door. You create up to eleven flows — "I want to join," "I'm an ally," "Just passing through"… Each has its own name, its own intro and its own form: your questions, in your order. The newcomer picks theirs from a dropdown menu. It's your welcome, not a script imposed on you.

The newcomer clicks "Get started" and everything happens inside Discord, in a guided, clutter-free thread — a single message that advances step by step. They accept your rules, choose their flow, answer your form. No Google Forms to track down, no account to create, no link to lose. They answer right where they just arrived.

Answers flow into the file. Zero double entry.

Everything the newcomer answered — their flow, their answers, the rules acceptance — lands on the platform side, attached to them. When your recruiter opens their file, the pre-filled form is already there. They don't start from scratch, they continue. Welcome and recruitment speak the same language.

You set up the welcome once; it handles the rest. The "welcoming" role recreates itself if someone deletes it. Newcomers who don't finish their flow within 24 hours are removed. Frequently asked questions

What's the difference with the Recruitment module?

The Welcome Bot is the automatic front door: it has every newcomer fill out a pre-form and sorts them, with no human intervention. The Recruitment module is the next step: a recruiter picks up the candidate, talks with them, follows their onboarding. One welcomes and qualifies at scale, the other recruits in depth. And the two talk to each other: the Welcome Bot's answers land straight in the file the recruiter opens.

Do my recruits have to create an account?

No. Everything happens on Discord, right where they just arrived. No account to create, no password, no external form to track down — they click a button and answer inside Discord.

How many flows and questions can I create?

Up to eleven welcome flows active in parallel, each with its own form. Questions can be text, a number, an email, a link or a date. Enough to tell a serious candidate from a passing ally, and collect what you need for each.

Does the bot speak my members' language?

Yes. All of the bot's text — welcome messages, buttons, rules, logs — is served in the language configured for your org. A Korean org welcomes in Korean, a German-speaking org in German.

Is the Welcome Bot paid?
