Game Org Solution

Run your MMO guild without burning every evening on it

WoW, FF XIV, New World, GW2, Throne & Liberty… Whatever the game, a guild that lasts rests on the same pillars: a living roster, steady recruitment, planned raids and readable progression. Game Org tools all of it so officers stop keeping everything in their heads and in spreadsheets.

Steady recruitment, no lost applicants

Recruiting for an MMO guild is a constant flow: trials, departures, returns. Without tracking, applications pile up in a Discord channel and the good profiles slip away.

Game Org sets up an application pipeline plugged into Discord, with a clear onboarding journey and returning-member detection — you instantly know whether an applicant has already been through the guild.

  • Applications centralized from Discord.
  • Configurable trial and onboarding journey.
  • Detection of former members and duplicates.

Planned raids, not a poll every single time

The weekly raid, the community event, mythic night: today it all runs on a pinned message and a manual head count. Game Org gives you an event calendar that plans, publishes to Discord, takes the roll call and keeps the attendance history.

But planning isn't enough — the composition still has to hold together. Every member declares their characters and the roles they can hold, including the ones they don't usually play; you build your rosters once and for all; and on the night a coverage rate tells you you're a healer short while you can still call someone. The briefing then goes onto a tactical map the whole guild watches move live. All of it lives in the raid planner.

  • Shared raid and event calendar.
  • Sign-ups and automatic reminders on Discord.
  • Characters and holdable roles declared by members.
  • Rosters by group and coverage rate before the run.
  • Collaborative tactical map for the briefing.

Who's around on Thursday? Answered before you compose

A roster on paper is worth nothing if three people are on holiday. In most guilds, absences get mentioned in a channel, to an officer, and vanish. The Absences module flips that: the member logs their own unavailability in ten seconds, and leadership sees availability group by group, day by day, before opening the calendar.

And above all, a covered absence stops hurting engagement. Without it, your attendance tracking punishes exactly the person who warned you three weeks ahead, the same as the one who stopped showing up. That's the difference between a number people respect and a number people argue with.

  • Declared by the member, effective immediately.
  • Availability by group and by day, before you plan.
  • Officer validation if you want it.
  • A covered absence no longer counts as a no-show.

Ranks, mains and progression, clear for everyone

Who's a trial, a member, a veteran, an officer? Who plays which main? Game Org makes your hierarchy explicit and keeps it up to date cleanly — tooled promotions, roles derived from status — so everyone knows where they stand without asking.

  • Ranks and statuses managed in a dedicated console.
  • Promotions proposed then approved by officers.
  • Ranks reflected automatically in Discord.

Plugged into your Discord, both ways

Your guild lives on Discord. Game Org doesn't replace it: it syncs with it. A rank change, a new recruit, a new section all mirror to Discord automatically, and the other way around — no more hand-set roles drifting out of sync.

  • Two-way Discord role synchronization.
  • No extra account for members.
  • A single source of truth for the roster.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which MMO does Game Org work with?

Game Org is game-agnostic: guild management (recruitment, raids, ranks, attendance) doesn't depend on the game. Whether you play WoW, FF XIV, New World or anything else, the tool adapts to your structure.

Do my members have to sign up somewhere?

No: they log in with their existing Discord account. No password to create or manage.

Can we manage multiple sections or rosters?

Yes — and not just on paper. Sections, squads, raid teams: you structure the guild however you like. A roster goes further than a list of names — it says who belongs to it, with which character and in which slot (healer, ranged DPS, tank…), and it compares at a glance against the target composition. A member can belong to several rosters with different characters.

Is it paid?

Game Org is 100% free, no credit card and no limit on time or size. You build your guild and manage it in full; only a handful of advanced features are part of Premium, if you ever need them.

And how does it look in practice?
