An HR console, not a shared spreadsheet.
All of your org's HR work lives in a single module, organized in five tabs: Dashboard for the overview, Management to act on a member, Validation for the recommendations queue, Announcement queue for the pre-publication log, Ceremony for the live announcement moment. HR staff stop juggling Discord, a spreadsheet and a Notion — one console, always up to date, with full traceability.
- 5 tabs — Dashboard, Management, Validation, announcement queue, Ceremony — cover the full member lifecycle
- Management workspace: members sidebar + 6 action widgets (promotion, section change, star decoration, reserve, resignation, rename)
- Detailed member card: HR history, event attendance, seniority, pending promotion visible
- Filterable Activity Feed by member, action type, date range — your HR becomes a full audit, not an opaque log

Hierarchy is wired in, not implied.
Who can promote whom in your org isn't a verbal convention between officers — it's a rule enforced by the console. Every staff member has a validation level wired to their role. At their level, they validate directly. Above it, they can only recommend — the promotion goes into the queue of a superior who has the authority. No more « I'll ask if you can ». No more improvised promotions above the authorized grade.
- 4 validation levels configurable per org — enlisted, NCO, officer, senior officer
- A section chief can validate promotions within their scope, and recommend those above their level
- Every recommendation requires a written justification, visible to the superior who decides
- A rejection requires a reason, communicated to the requester — no more « it's trashed without explanation »
- Admins cover every level automatically — no micro-configuration per permission

The live ceremony: the promotion appears on Discord the moment the officer says it. Premium
A well-done promotion is a moment. Not a generic message posted three days later by a bot. On the free plan, a validated promotion is announced on Discord in one click — role, nickname, new-grade channel access, message in #promotions. With Premium, the Ceremony tab turns that click into a show: the officer is in voice with the base, they announce « I officially promote Sam to the rank of Petty Officer », they click, and everything fires in real time on screen as on Discord. The officer's words and the Discord action are in sync, the way a real ceremony works.
- Presentation mode: background video, live announcement queue, shared on screen during the voice event Premium
- Filter by current event — only promotees signed up for the current voice event see their announcement pass, no noise Premium
- One-click Discord announcement: role, nickname, channel access, public message — included in the free plan
- Smart sorting of announcements: by section, then by member, then by type (assignment before grade)
- Confidential promotions — validated by senior officers but invisible to lower officers until the announcement. The element of surprise is preserved.

Reserve, reinstatement, resignation: the full cycle, without memory loss.
A member taking a break, a veteran returning, a definitive departure: three cases most tools solve with a « delete » button that wipes everything. Game Org refuses that logic. The reserve is a status, not a deletion. The resignation distinguishes a friendly exit from a final one, with clear Discord consequences. A pending announcement queue holds promotions that are validated but not yet published, cancellable until they air.
- Reserve = neutral status, grade and history preserved. Return in 1 click via symmetrical Reinstatement.
- Friendly Resignation — amicable exit, file archived, return always possible
- External Resignation — definitive exit. The member Discord role is pulled immediately: the ex-member becomes a plain visitor, with no access to the org's internal channels. The definitive Discord server ban stays in the org's hands.
- If an External returns via the Recruitment module, their file comes back flagged « Suspect » with full former history
- Pending announcement queue — every validated promotion still waiting for its ceremony, cancellable with a reason until it's published

An org chart that builds itself.
The Game Org chart isn't an image, nor a diagram redrawn by hand every six months. It's an interactive graph rebuilt live from your HR data. A validated promotion shows up in the chart right away, without intervention. And it does more than show hierarchy: it also reveals the specialties your members carry and the operational units they form, without you maintaining a single list.
- Two views — Admiralty (command + section chiefs) and per-section view (effectives grouped by grade level)
- Data-driven graph — sections, grades, roles come from your config, zero list to maintain chart-side
- Dynamic specialty discovery — name a role « Banker » on 3 members, a colored dot appears in the legend, matching pips show up on the nodes. Zero config.
- Tactical cards on unit hover: full roster, authority tags (red) and function tags (gray) — the operational detail without clicking
- Hover on the legend → highlights the nodes carrying that role. One visual, two reading axes (hierarchy + skills).
